When it comes to meeting and event catering, we source from the best of the best. We look to local farmers and vendors to provide only the freshest, in-season ingredients; in fact, we even grow some of our own goods right here in our courtyard garden. Our catering dream team consistently deliver an impressive spread that makes every event a delicious success. Our menus include:

  • Food options for any time of day, from continental breakfasts and bistro lunch buffets to sit-down dinners
  • Break-out snack stations like build-your-own trail mix bars, fresh fruit or vegetable smoothies, and assorted candy bars and cookies
  • Reception options including delicious chilled canapes and decadent, warm hors d'oeuvres
  • Entrees like sirloin of beef with cabernet reduction, maple-glazed duck breast with fruit chutney, poached salmon with dill cream, honey- and herb-roasted chicken breast, and Thai snapper with mango salsa
  • Accompanying salads and sides such as classic Caesar of romaine spears, Parmesan, herb croutons, and creamy garlic dressing, sake-cured salmon on scallion-potato latke, wasabi cream, and mixed field greens, and roasted pear with endive, frisee, maytag blue cheese, toasted walnuts, and port wine vinaigrette
