Poste Moderne Brasserie: Washington DC's Very Best Restaurant
We've relaunched the popular Poste Winter Lounge, complete with warm seasonal cocktails, snacks from newly appointed Executive Chef Kyoo Eom, complimentary s'mores 7:30pm-10pm and accompanying fire pits and blankets. Poste's new lead bartender James Nelson, has curated a variety of spirited options that are available exclusively on the patio Thursday through Sunday from 5 p.m. to close all winter long.
Select drinks include: The Appleton of My Eye with rum and salted caramel cider, the Holey Moley chili pepper and cinnamon spiced hot cocoa and a Maple Bourbon Toddy with bourbon, black tea and house made charred cedar bitters.Executive Chef Kyoo Eom has created a menu of sizzling skewers accompanied by a variety of dipping sauces, including Mushroom and Scallion, Bulgogi Beef and Shrimp Scallop skewers. To top it all off, Poste will offer complimentary s'mores with house made marshmallows, available every day that the Winter Lounge is open. Grab and make your own toasty s'mores with your favorite fixings, graham crackers, chocolate and marshmallows. Below are the full winter lounge cocktail and food menus:

Open Thursday-Saturday, from 5pm to close, you can enjoy warm seasonal cocktails, snacks from Executive Chef Kyoo Eom, and complimentary s'mores from 7:30pm-10pm with the accompanying fire pits and blankets. Grab some graham crackers and chocolate, and make your own toasty s'mores with our house made marshmallows from Pastry Chef Casto Unson!

Appleton's VX Rum, salted caramel cider with a caramel drizzled apple garnish
- Holey Moley ($14)
Milagro Silver Tequila, a chili pepper and cinnamon spiced hot chocolate and garnished with whipped cream with chili sprinkle
- Maple Bourbon Toddy ($13)
Maker's Mark bourbon, black tea, maple syrup, house made charred cedar bitters and garnished with a maple lollipop
**The winter courtyard bar is open Thursday through Sunday from 5 p.m. to close, and will operate weather permitting, when over 42 degrees. In the event of snow, rain, or very cold temperatures, the bar will not be open to the public.
