Yes, we do. It is open 24-hours a day and features various cardio vascular Nautilus machines as well as a selection of free weights.

We do not offer a complimentary shuttle service. Please contact the concierge for transportation assistance.

What are your cross streets?
Answer
The hotel is located on the one city block and the cross streets are 7th St. and F St. NW.

Do you have onsite parking? How much is parking? Is it included in my room rate?
Answer
Valet parking with full in-and-out privileges, is available for $34 $38 per night (including taxes), and is not included in the room rate. Daily parking is also available for $18 for the day (including taxes).

Reservations

Will your rooms allow rollaways/cribs/playards? Is there a charge?
Answer
Some of our rooms can accommodate cribs or rollaway beds. There is a $20 per night rental fee for rollaways.

I booked on a website other than the hotel website and I need to make a change to my reservation. How do I do this?
Answer
Please contact the customer service department at the website you used to make your reservation.

What is the minimum age requirement to check in to the room?
Answer
The minimum age requirement to check into the hotel is 18 years old. A 16 year old may check into the hotel with written permission from the parent or legal guardian accepting full responsibility for all room charges, incidentals and any other fees.

What is your cancellation/deposit policy?
Answer
Reservations booked at the Best Available Rate have a 24 hour cancellation policy or 6 p.m. the day prior to arrival to avoid a cancellation fee. For all other reservations please check with the booking provider for details on the cancellation/deposit policies.

We do require presentation of a valid government-issued identification at the time of check-in.

The hotel has ADA rooms. Please specify any special requests at the time of booking or during check in so that we may make your stay more comfortable.

We do. An Early Departure Fee of up to one night's room and tax may be applied if you check out before your scheduled departure date.

What are the hours of the restaurant/bar/lounge?
Answer
Poste Moderne Brasserie serves contemporary, seasonal cuisine and reservations are recommended. Please call 202.783.6060.

Breakfast is served daily from 7 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.; lunch is served Monday–Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.; dinner is served nightly from 5:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.; and the Bar is open from 11:30 a.m. until closing.

Holiday hours may vary.

Pets

Are pets allowed? Are there restrictions for weight, height or types?
Answer
The hotel is pet friendly, and there are no pet restrictions. We do request that you complete a pet form during registration and that you keep your pet caged or out of the room during housekeeping service. Pet owners are responsible for any additional cleaning or damage fees. If you miss your pet or would like some company, Hotel Monaco can lend you a goldfish during your stay. Please inquire at the front desk.

Do you have pet sitting or dog walking services?

Our front desk staff will be happy to arrange for-hire pet services, including but not limited to pet sitting, dog walking, and pet spa services.

The closest dog walking park is by the mall; please see the front desk for a map and directions.
